Grigor Dimitrov tests positive for virus

Former world No. 3 Grigor Dimitrov appears to have tested positive for COVID-19. Dimitrov was scheduled to play at the inaugural Dallas Open next week. On Friday, the tournament announced Dimitrov withdrew from the tournament and entered into COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

Dimitorv was expected to be one of the leading players at the inaugural Dallas Open.
