Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones have listed their sprawling Central Park West co-op for a whopping $21.5 million — less than two years after purchasing a riverfront home in Westchester County, The Post reported.
But get ready for a hefty HOA fee upward of $21,000 per month.
Made up of four bedrooms and six bathrooms, the unit occupies the entire front of the historic 1908 Central Park West building with unobstructed park views.
Pegged as a “quintessential New York City apartment,” the residence is designed with period details, high ceilings and grand rooms, according to the listing.
Features include a living room drenched in sunlight and a wood-paneled library with one of two wood-burning fireplaces. The main dining room has a second fireplace and an eat-in chef’s kitchen.
Amenities include a powder room, a wet bar with wine storage and a corner main suite consisting of a large bedroom and a sitting area with an ensuite marble bath and two dressing rooms.

In 2019, the couple moved into a $4.5 million, 12,000-square-foot Gatsby-esque manor house in Irvington, shortly after selling their Bedford Corners mansion for nearly $20.5 million.
The duo has long presided over an international portfolio of luxury homes including a house in Zeta-Jones’ hometown of Swansea, Wales, a walled compound in Bermuda that has been on and off the market over the years and a 10-bedroom compound on the Spanish island of Majorca, co-owned by Douglas’ ex-wife Diandra Douglas.
